New Website Project

I am in the music marketing business. I am looking for a savvy web developer that has real eye for design. The UI has to be top notch. I am looking for a new subscription based website that is able to host a directory of contacts and content that we charge a monthly fee for access. We will have two subscription tiers and will need payment gateways for stripe. The site must be mobile friendly. Please check out the site write up attached.
