We are looking for someone to build a new website. We have brand assets ready to go. Our business is a aggregation of the property industry. The purpose of the website is to allow participants of the property industry to understand who we are, what our purpose is and give them an opportunity to sign up to becoming a member. The website needs to look clean and modern like a tech business but at the same time represent a stable trustworthy brand.The functionality we require for the website is as follows

- About Us (who we are and what we do)
- Participate (How to partiicpate, why participate)
- Contact us form (questions)
- Sign Up ( the signee will need to provide their company details, address, contact number, email and other information and the sign a digital contract or accept the terms and conditions, they will also need to identify themselves so we know who is signing up)
the contract cant be downloadable and once signed should send a copy for me to sign before sending final copies to both participants
