Maintenance, new features, general support for .Net website

Full Stack Development
Looking to potentially transition to another team due to increasing fees. Looking for at minimum:
- 1 front end developer (React Js)
- 1 back end developer (.Net)
- 1 QA (to include all devices, browsers)
- Looking for $10-12/hr

- Team must be able to use SQL
- Preferred experience with Stripe Payment system in a marketplace setting

Process:
1. Dev team to review list of new features
2. Dev team to provide estimate of hours
3. If approved, Dev team to move forward with features
4. Once completed, Dev team paid project estimate

Research/development and bug fixes to be included in estimate

Needed:
- Able to provide information and ask appropriate questions to ensure flow
- SEO
- Management and additional dashboard features
- Email/marketing integration
- Ability to suggest new features to enhance website
- Provide recommendations to increase SEO, click/sales funnel
- Search functionality
- Profile upgrades
- Rating functionality
- Stripe money distribution, calculation
