.Net MAUI PWA for Hotel Bookings

I'm in need of a seasoned developer to build a Progressive Web App using .Net MAUI. The app will be dedicated to hotel bookings and will be styled in line with a user-friendly, interactive and responsive Hotel Booking website.
Key Features:
- Push Notifications: The app should be able to send push notifications to users regarding their bookings, special offers, etc.
- Offline Functionality: The app should be able to function offline, allowing users to browse hotels, make bookings and view their bookings even when they're not connected to the internet.
The aim of the website is to facilitate hotel bookings, thus the design and functionalities should be tailored to fulfill this purpose.
