Need a website manager for a blog

Very busy person starting a religious group wants a website. She really only needs a presence at this point so I am recommending that she start with a blog and see if she can keep that going. I set one up on Weebly for her this morning. I am a retired web app designer with an emphasis on retired. I am not interested in maintaining a website. She will not need much support as you might guess, so she just needs someone with some familiarity with Weebly on an as needed basis.
