Need three linked drop down menus in Wix

I need three linked drop-down menus made in Wix( state, city in that state , profession) . They will need to come from a database I have collected. The database is saved in CVS format . So it can be easily uploaded. I need a page where I can put the drop-down menu and the search results from the drop-down menu all on one page. All this will be created on my Wix website.
