Need a simple WordPress site setup. For a video blog.

Are you familiar with funnels? Marketing? I run a YouTube channel and I need to start making my funnels. Social Media is easy enough to manage, but I do not have enough time to jump back into website making.
I need a website, prefer WordPress for when I take it back over. That basically allows a grid of video thumbnails, and a simple title and partial (truncated) description.
Click on thumbnail goes to YouTube (I am not concerned about time on website, it's a funnel).
Click on title or description goes to a single column view of the now expanded thumbnail, and the full description and/or more than the description, ie a small article.
Bonus if your database kung-fu is good enough to scrape my YouTube automatically and create a post.
