Need my right hand web guy Wordpress wix etc

Must be fluent in English and UNDERSTANDABLE. must also be able to speak your native language to pass work orders along. I own a web development company in the US that’s very successful and I’m looking for someone in India who has a team behind him that wants to work full time. You must be able to read English so when customer makes order you can read it and understand it. We deal with Wordpress squarespace wix and Shopify. Template installs and theme edits to customers specifications. Very straight forward work. Must be able to write English as well properly. No grammar errors. This is a long term job not just a one time thing so we can negotiate salary. I’m a very generous person.
