Need a medical e-commerce website (India only)

I want a medical e-commerce website that can sell our product. I require a decentralized payment gateway for the website, to ensure secure payments for our customers. As for features, I need the website to include e-commerce functionality to facilitate easy connectivity between us and our customers. Doing this would enable customers to buy products from us directly. Additionally, I also require an Admin panel where I can change things easily.
