Need help smoothing out glitches in my WordPress site (moving from Joomla)
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
I need help with my new WordPress website. I have a Joomla site that I designed, and have managed myself for many years. I am having issues getting WordPress to work smoothly for me. I think the theme I have is hindering me, and I am not sure if all of my plugins are compatible.
I want my website will be quite similar to my current Joomla site, Link to current joomla site;

I am definitely making some tweaks, but my Joomla site is a good guide to what I am looking for.

Is it possible to put my logo here,
The font for my sub menu should be a bit darker
Global settings for the ‘Art Pages’ (also the home page but with a gallery instead of an image there)
Globally make sure there is only one header title, remove the top text between the menu and the category or page title,
Just leave the bottom category title
On my current joomla site, this page can be a guide for creating a template ‘Art Page’. It shows how I am using the image, the main body text (the write-ups), and the title text on my art pages.
The global default body text for my website should be set to
Font; Merriweather Size 16, Color ‘text’ - I can change the ‘text’ color in global settings myself.
Title text or (caption text); similar to what is on the sample page, Size; 16 Color; ‘secondary’
Do I need a ‘Theme’ connected to my web site? Is this part of the operating system? I deleted my Oceanwp ‘theme’ once, and the next day when I went to work on my web site, it was back, and under ‘Theme details’ there was no longer a delete button. I then tried shifting to a different theme, and I was able to delete Oceanwp again, but the new theme messed with even more things on my web site, so I went back to Oceanwp temporarly. I don’t think I am using anything from the Theme, in fact this may be the source of some of the problems I am having trying to make changes to my web site. If the Theme can be deleted I would like it removed. If I need to have a Theme, I want something which is bare bones, and allows me to make all the changes I want. Again an improved version of my current website, but with some nicer galleries.
Envira gallery
I Need someone who knows Envira gallery well, I might need some Custom CSS to get the galleries to do what I want.
I have a fairly good idea of what I want here, but I want to play with it, and for some reason I am unable to get Envira gallery to respond to many of the changes I am making, not sure if I am having plugin conflicts, or theme conflicts, but I want this to be fixed so that it runs smoothly. I will load the art pages and galleries myself
Elementor pro, and Envira Gallery pro are the 2 plugins that I am paying for, everything else I am open to advice on.
WooCommerce
I think I have set up WooCommerce, but it is not running smoothly, I need some help with this.
I need a WooCommerce global template page. Ideally I would like the next and previous arrows, price, purchase button, and view cart on the right side, with the image on the left side, and the title and write up below the artwork.
I am hoping Envira Gallery will give me a similar, but nicer format for displaying my artwork in the galleries under purchase, in a 3 across uncropped format.
Adjust my web site so that for all ‘global issues’, it is mobile and tablet friendly.
There is currently an issue with how my header is appearing on the phone.
I will move my domain name, once my website is running smoothly, even before my site is completed, if this is necessary to get WooCommerce set up properly.
