Need help building MVP on bubble.io

I have an incomplete figma that needs help completing and MVP built.
I have no tech or web design background which means I am looking for advice/recommendations and not just designing. Many things are very new to me. What I am trying to say here is, I need someone with the patience to explain new things to me, not just throwing me options and not sharing details.
I am trying to build a P2P Marketplace that allows all users are able to buy sell and auction, very similar to ebay, for a very niche sector.
