Need to have a shopify website built from an existing template and full inventory on our other website

Like the title states, we have a shopify website, but we would like to have another website made with all of our inventory available on it. With that said, we would need some minor changes such as colors/banners/logo/etc. This should be much easier than a full website build for someone. File attached has our existing website to gauge the project. It will also have information of how we would like the new website to be laid out/look.
