Need an experienced developer to help me to build my business

Looking for an expert in eCommerce startup to jump in and get an apparel store up and ready. Currently in the middle to start stages of the process.
The general idea is to sell coins in the shop. The site has 3 types of user groups, Buyer, Seller, and Admin.
This means you need to be proficient in multi-vendor type eCommerce.
Tasks needing help/guidance are:
- New business registration
- Landing page
- online shop Checkout with PayPal and Stripe
- Any other tasks and/ or recommendations for starting a new business
- Multivendor
We will start with a small task, and I hope to cooperate in the long term.
