Need to develop & promote the website

We want to develop the website & promote the same through Instagram & Facebook kind of social networking sites. We may not be able to spend time on the same, in short. Our role will be limited to sharing ideas or clarifying the questions. Deal will be contract based and renew annually. Added amount is a dummy one. We can decide the final amount based on further discussions.
