Need to complete a react website

Hello, I need some assistance completing a react website. I already have some of the design elements partially completed, so I will need a few extra hands to get it up and running. It should not require hosting, as I do not need that at this time. I'm looking for someone with strong React experience, as that is what the website will be built with.
