Need to build a small ecommerce website + android app + ios app

One of my friends need a ecommerce website + android app + ios app. We am looking at someone who can build all 3. All the 3 need to take care of security, payment etc.
The following are needed:
1. Vendor / Seller registration - Vendor will select a Section / Business category and a Subscription Plan
2. Vendor Product listing - Vendor will list his products here
3. User / Customer registration - a normal User who will search for products
4. Section / Business category master - for e.g. Furniture, Clothing etc.
5. Subscription Plans master
6. Main Screen where User / Customer will search for products
7. User / Customer page : here user can see his / her orders, track them, cancel them
