Need Readymade Blogging Site with Admin Panel in ReactJs -- 2

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a readymade blogging site with an admin panel in ReactJs version 16.x. Customizations will be required, but only partially. The hosting should be done on a VPS for optimal performance. The successful candidate should have good experience with ReactJs programming, as well as setting up servers and databases in Mongo/SQL. Furthermore, the candidate should have strong problem solving skills and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the development process.
