We need Power BI developer to solve below issue in one of our project. Please read and bid only if you are experienced in Power BI and solve below problem.
I have attendance data of each employee. I want a chart which have count of employees against average working hours. Further i want to filter data based on the date range. Problem statement. If i filter data using slicer control on the original table, then average does not calculate based on the date filter. It calculates average of overall data exists in table.
Example :
If i set date range of the 1-Nov-22 to 17-Nov-22 then it should filter the data according to date range. First we need to find average working of all employees. We will round average working hours to nearest integer value. Distinct rounded average will be the used for the KPIS(X-Axis) and Y AXIS will have total count of employees against that average count.
Example :
Rushit's average working hours are 5.38 so we will round it to 5
Pritesh's average working hours are 3.65 then we will round it to 4
Suresh's average working hours are 6.56 then we will round it to 7
Haresh's average working hours are 7.1 then we will round it to 7
Here we will have distinct average 4 , 5 , 7 . These will be values at X axis.
If we have to calculate y axis then value of Y axis will be 1,1,2 Hope this will clear your doubt
I have simulated the problem in attend_avg_demo.ppbx . Developer must should fix issue in given ppbx file . Later we will replicate same solution in our original file. Developer has to support us in case if we face any difficulties in replicating the issue in our original source file.
