Need Navigation Bar Changed and Header Bar Added on New Theme for Website -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am reposting this as my original post apparently was not clear enough. I need to get this done ASAP. I had multiple bids in the $100-$120 range, I am ok with that price. I just need a quality person to complete the task.
I have a website that I am changing to a new theme. I need ALL of the work done on the NEW theme.

I want the top menu bar (social media, telephone number and pages as seen on the current site) replicated on the NEW site.
I want the navigation bar (under banners) changed to be similar in design to be replicated on the NEW site. Design only, not the actual links.

Cannot break theme. Must be mobile/responsive friendly. You MUST understand Shopify.
