Need Help Adding Functionality To React Website

I currently have an open-react-template based website that needs to have the following functionality added:
- Send "Book an Intro Call" Contact form data via g-suite email account to our sales email address.
- Top-menu "Products" Navigation Links with sub-menus to/from various product pages , while still supporting current animated scrolling.
