Nanny Blue Book

We are looking for someone who can create an easy to use website for childcare services in two states. Our intentions are to charge a monthly subscription. The site has to include two separate portals. One for the Nannies and one for the parents. We would like built-in onboarding that may allow us to access everyone's information onsite. Also we would like a comments page that is internal use only.
