Namecoin domain name registrar

The WebApp registrar I need is pretty simple. We need a field to check domain name availability (like a normal registrar). After people find a name they like we ask for a tweet link which will show their Twitter name having been updated to something like [name registered].bit. We also ask for a Namecoin address, generated by the Electrum Namecoin wallet (I'll produce a video tutorial for this).
Once the link is produced (and verified automatically) the system registers and transfers the name using the existing Electrum software.
