NHS Website Analysis for Better Accessibility

We're from the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital Birmingham, we're looking for a freelancer who is able to run an analysis and check the accessibility of our website and provide us with a report of fixes & recommendations with the quotations. This will then to run a thorough process on all the venders and allow us to choose the necessary provider to make the changes. Can you please provide an database of the previous work done.


We are currently looking at gather data from a range of suppliers who can provide with quotes and requirements listed below;


• Supplier requirements: The supplier would need to work within the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.2 for public sector organisations.
The supplier doesn’t need to be Birmingham based but it would be good if they have prior experience of working with NHS/ other public sector organisations.
• Quotes: quotes for a full accessibility check of our website within the guidelines. Please provide a breakdown of what work would be covered within the quote.
• Timescales: information about the timescales the suppliers work to.
When they would be able to start work, how long it would take to undertake the check, and the timescales for producing and sending us the report.
• Please also include information about the company, it would be useful to understand background and what other services which might be able to provide are useful to us. Please also provide us with examples of previous projects worked on for companies and public sector.
