NGO website required (w/video conferencing capability)

The purpose of the site is to provide a centralized location for consultants, counselors, mentors and advisors to interact and share concepts and ideas with individuals who are in need of support. Registrants will be from all ages and walks of life, both domestic and international. Mid-to-large businesses may also make use of the site. The site should be user friendly, with the ability to allow virtual meeting platforms for private sessions. The site must be scalable to accommodate multiple virtual communication channels. A fully functioning website must need to be completed and operational within 3 months from the start date.
