NFT Market Place

What I need is the following
- Smart Contract to allow the following on the NFT Marketplace
- I need a user to have the ability to connect their wallet via metamask using the Binance Smart Chain
- I will need the contract to allow users who have NFTS to be able to sell them and set a auction price
- I will need the users to be able to see all for sale NFT's
- All payments will be done in BNB
- I will need the contract to be able to let me the owner set the % of commision i get for someone buying or selling my nFT's on my marketplace
- That is the core smart contract stuff that needs to happen

In relation to the displaying of the details of the nFT it can be the same as to what I sent through,

- So each nFT wil have metadata that is reated on-chain when they get Hatched or they Breed or they get minted
- So you can grab all the stats from the metadata of the nFT and go through it and display it on the website in the same way it shows on the images

The above only needs to be implemented in the body of a website as the header and footer I already have and the rest of the website follows the same aspect

So the look and feel and exact sizes all need to follow through the same as the images attached
