NFT Contract Creation and Deployment on Ethereum - Metamask, Opensea, and Website Integration

We need a smart contract dev to create an NFT contract on Ethereum. We will need it integrated with our website and OpenSea.
I'd like to do something unique and make this a PoW contract.
When users attempt to mint the NFT on our website, the site will show a character defeating a dragon, once the dragon is defeated (aka the PoW contract has completed it's work), the user will be able to mint the nft.
If you have advice on the simplest way to do this, it'd be much appreciated.
