NFT/Blockchain website developer

Hey Freelancers!,
I am looking for a few things for someone to help me on:
1. general advise about my NFT project and terminology breakdown
2. prefer someone from the UK, especially in the south where we could potentially meetup
3. can sign a NDA about my project
4. can have a video call to discuss project in detail
i have my NFT artwork already and my designer is currently designing the website in photoshop (for uniform reasons across my entire design) so i would need a dev to be able to convert PSDs to HTML/CSS/WEB3 website
