NEW CONFIGURATOR
Budget: €1,500 – €3,000 EUR
Objective:
- To program a “new configurator”, in current programming language, of the existing COOLBLOK configurator: https://www.coolblok.net/configurador/ce/main.php.
Needs:
- New layout : friendly, intuitive, visually modern
- More complete: possibility to select other products/all NC racking accessories, new data input logic to select NC racking (based on format), more languages available
- More configurable: customer updates their prices, codes, logo, layout formatting (colors/layout), commercial proposal model (option of output selection)
Support material:
- Existing configurator manual (logic embedded in the current configurator)
- Modeling of the new LayOut
- Configurator logic (data)
Modifications between the “Current Configurator” x “New Configurator”:
- Insert a button to select the shelf model (initially we will only have the Standard and Countertop option, but in the future we will have more products - when selecting the product, the photo of the product that was selected appears next to it, and loads the catalog of that product in the button “product description”)
- NF Shelving Product:
- Insert a button to select the desired format (Linear, in “L”, in “U”, in “F”, in “E” - a 2D drawing appears only to guide the user, with a letter to indicate the corresponding part from the shelf)
- Make the angle positioning selection more intuitive (creating “angle” fields along with the other inputs, where a “check” can be done, would be a possibility)
- Insert fields for the selection of “accessories”: wheels, fasteners, Gastronorm cuvettes, separators, bottle holder, cup holder, label holder
- Countertop product:
- Insert a button to select the desired format (there is only the Linear option)
- Insert fields for selecting “accessories”: wheels, fasteners
- A single button must trigger the calculation (if the tolerance field is filled in, calculation by space, otherwise calculation by best price)
Hiring model: closed job (file delivery, no recurring maintenance)
