I am interested in a jobs agency website being done for my start up business, in addition to the requirements listed here: https://www.hhs.gov/web/building-and-managing-websites/development-process-and-milestones/website-requirements-checklist/index.html

Website must be user friendly and fast
Must have an easy pay method for employers
Candidates portal to login and create profile
Area to build a resume - quickly and easily (preferably a different page)
Employers MUST be able to create a profile, post jobs and receive resumes directly
Employers MUST receive the option to add screening questions, salary, location of jobs, roles and responsibilities of job, etc
Candidates must be able to refer a job via email and social media
Privacy, Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions, etc
Page for Guest/Contributing Writers - Must be able to see rules, post their content, share, upload pictures and videos etc. There should be a landing page where all contributors are and when you click their name/face see all of their work or categories mentioned (business, lifestyle, food, etc)
Links to all of our social media
Collect emails for mailing lists
Categories for jobs - Seasonal, Permanent, Contract, Part Time, Freelancer, etc
All users/registrants must confirm their email addresses and phone numbers before they can use the website
Must be able to search for anything on the website using the search bar
Page to book and pay for appointments . Immediate email confirmation and reminder 1 hour before all appointments
All other services offered by our business
Candidates should get a notification via email when job matches profile and they agreed to be notified. Same for employers when they receive an application
