Music publisher needs to redo website, urgent!

We have a website that has totally stopped functioning - impossible to add or make changes. We'd like to keep the design. It was made by a professional who closed his company, and it seems there are now many server erreurs because of lack of updates. This is urgent for us as is the ability to modify texts on our site. We don't have a huge budget. 600 Euros. This is the site www.taklit.net.
