Multipule gest house scheduling

Welcome to my project!
I am in a need for a site that will allow people to regiter and then to:
1 let house owner to post his house for rent. only showing available dates. (the deal itself will not be using the site but directly, using the phone or email).
2 let house owner to post his house for long term rent. the deal itself will not be using the site but directly using the phone or email.
3 to ask for job .the deal itself will not be using the site but directly using the phone or email.
4 to affer a job. the deal itself will not be using the site but directly using the phone or email.
the first page will show 4 nice big links to: "long term rent", "short term rent", "seekking job", "offering a job".
and signin and login links\pages.
the site will allow house owner who wants to rent his house for short term to register using email and password. after registration and choosing to post a house for a short term rent a page will open that will let the user to enter the address, descriptin, pictures, how meny bedrooms, how meny beds, price for night, name, phone number, email, avilable or not available dates for the next year, etc (it can be that one house owner will have several houses).
after registration using email and password anyone who will click on the link "short term rent" in the first page, will take us to a page that will show us alot of nice linkable rectangles with detail about the houses and the owners from all of the people (house owners) that were registered. clicking the the rectangle, will show us a calendar that shows the available days, the details of the house, pictures and the details of the owner (and maybe a map too).
the house owner will be able to log in and update his personal details the house details, update wich days are still available and update if the house is still on the market, price, etc.
an option to filter by start and end date is needed.
clicking the link "long term rent"
will take us to a page that will show us alot of nice rectangles with detail about the houses and the owners from all of the people (house owners) that were registered and the start date when this house is available and the till date that this house is available. clicking the the rectangle, will show us the start and end dates, the details of the house, pictures and the details of the owner (and maybe a map too).
the house owner will be able to log in and update his personal details the house details, start and end date rent available, price, update if the house is still on the market, etc.
an option to filter by start date is needed.

will take us to a page that will show us alot of nice rectangles with detail about the people that were registeredname, the field of work, email, phone, name, since when he is available, location available, desctiption, etc.
the person that were registered will be able to log in and change his details and to mark if he is still looking for a job.

will take us to a page that will show us alot of nice rectangles with detail about the offered job. the field of work, location, since when, salary, description, special requirements, etc.

it has to be an option to choose a language (default is english)
so the text cannot be hard coded but loaded according the chosen language.
i prefer using html javascript jquery for front end and c sharp for the back end
