Multiple Page Generator Development

Hello.. we would like to take a city service page from our website (example):

https://corpasecurity.com/private-investigator-markham/

and have this same page to 100s of cities in our Province of Ontario Canada.

We have the multiple page generator plug in already installed. So for every city there is a separate webpage with the city in the url (example)

We have already done some of the main pages (example).

We want to create an index page and then have all of the cities completed like this sample:
