Customer Service: Manage all aspects of customer interactions via email and Facebook, including refunds and chargebacks, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Page Building & Design: Proficiency in using PageFly, Funnelish, and Shopify to design and structure landing pages, advertorials, and sales pages.
Social Media Management: Regularly update and manage content on Facebook pages.
Shopify & Photoshop: Keep Shopify up-to-date with product listings and perform basic graphic design tasks in Photoshop.
ChatGPT: Basic familiarity required.
Video Editing: Basic skills needed; more advanced skills preferred but not necessary.
Availability: Commitment of 6-8 hours per day, 5-6 days a week.
