Multi-Country Trips & Activities Website
Budget: $250 – $1,500 USD
A website/portal that will have multiple trips and activities in multiple countries.
Should be in English and Arabic.
The site should be identical to https://forevervacation.com with all its feature. and it should be with different colors and branding.
in Addition to what is in the above website, it should have the below requirement:
• Header should be larger, and logo will be lager
• Countries should be configurable to add (coming soon) next to it and make it unclickable.
• Sign in to show pricing (can be turned ON/OFF for each product/Trip)
• In checkout pickup location is mandatory
• To create a PDF after order completion with a designed itinerary based on the trip/service (it should be sent to the customer with the customer’s name and be downloadable on the website.
• Each trip/service should be linked to a Vendor, upon order completion, the trip itinerary along with Lead Traveler name and phone number to be sent to a specific email address for of the vendor and cc to our email address (email to be provided later)
• It should feature a discount percentage and fixed amount (to be applied for group purchases, for example more than 4 people.
• We will provide the payment gateway API, but you need to configure it with the website and order checkout.
• We will provide the preferred hosting, DNS, MX, and other essential inputs but you need to configure it.
• You may use WordPress plugins as long as it supports all the above.
• If any plugin or service required a subscription, you should give the breakdown of expected upcoming payment.
• We will provide the below content to be added in the website (English / Arabic)
• List of Countries
• List of Cities (should be linked to a country)
• List of Activities and services (should be linked to a country and city)

• Each activity will have different options. Like airport pickup should have the below options, and different pricing based on country, city, number of people.

There should be reporting that can be exported which include all trip information like:
• product id.
• Product name
• Country
• City
• Customer name
• price
• date of purchase
• date of the trip
• username
• user type.
• More info is better.
Want to have 4 different user types as below
1. Admin
can do everything.
2. Sales user
Can create order for the customer and send payment link to email or text.
Once payment is done order should be automatically completed.
3. Vendor user
Same as sales user but must have the agency name and other requirements when registration (like commercial registration number and other vendor details).
4. Customer
a user to view the website trips and services and Must pay online (no payment links)
