Multi-Content Scientific Website Creation

I'm seeking a skilled web developer to create a website with various types of content, primarily focused on scientific research articles, blogs, and scientific news.

I am currently a student undertaking various research projects.
The goal of this website is to act as a scientific newsletter/blog (allows me to post new articles on there frequently regarding new healthcare/medicine news).

Overall, I require a simple website that is split into various sections. One section being a place where all research articles are posted, one where new scientific news is posted in the form of news articles, a section which allows me to post pages for students (revision/PDFs/notes and advice etc) and a final section: "About" where it provides a brief overview of my scientific blog, the name and contact details/ability to sign up to an email newsletter too.

More details will be provided further on in the production stage. It will be a general simple website and not require much graphic design or time spent creating - simply a 4 section website for a personal scientific research/blog forum - not affiliated with any companies/projects.
