Move to CMS and freshen up the design

We have a webpage that is built with old technology and hasn't been updated for some time. We would like help to move it into a modern CMS system and to make a fresh design.
The website has a lot of pages - you, as a designer/developer, don't have to move all text and content, we can do it ourselves. But feel free to add that as an extra service.
We would like to keep some of the orange/amber and also use the green.. (But today it is too much orange.)
