Key Responsibilities:
Setup and Collaboration:
Collaborate with our website developers and Moodle specialists to finalize and configure the LMS system.
Work closely with our team to set up the organizational mobile application and ensure seamless integration with Moodle and WordPress.
Ensure that all systems, including the application, are optimized for our needs, such as automated registration and payment processes.
Ongoing Technical Support:
Provide technical assistance for resolving Moodle, WordPress, and application-related issues.
Regularly update and maintain all platforms to ensure smooth operation.
Troubleshoot issues with the LMS, website, or mobile application functionality as they arise.
Application Support:
Manage updates and bug fixes for the organizational mobile application.
Ensure the app is fully functional, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational goals.
Provide support to users experiencing issues with the application.
Customer Support:
Manage user registrations and provide seamless onboarding support for clients.
Ensure all client issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
System Reporting and Automation:
Generate automated progress reports on system usage and course completion.
Oversee automated processes, such as the issuance of completion certificates.
Requirements:
Proven expertise in Moodle LMS configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of WordPress integration with Moodle.
Experience with mobile application support and maintenance, including updates and bug fixes.
English at a native level for seamless communication with clients and team members.
A high level of customer service orientation and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Availability to provide support as needed during the setup phase and beyond.
The ability to handle sensitive data and system access with utmost trustworthiness and confidentiality.
Compensation:
Per-service payment model:
Payment for each completed user registration and support cycle.
Additional compensation for resolving technical issues, performing system updates, or managing application-related tasks.
