Modernization of Website - Design + VueJs/Vuetify development in existing Github repo

Hey,
I'm looking for a web/graphic designer and VueJs/Vuetify developer.
I’m a software developer (prefer backend) who has created an Airbnb profit calculator, I need this tool to look like 2023 in design, so I would like to outsource the design of my website and the development. I'd like to talk to you over a call first to ensure we are on the same page and that you understand my customers. Also, I have some ideas regarding the design/flow so we can discuss them and see if it's possible to include them.
I prefer if you’re experienced in VueJs/Vuetify since the frontend is written in that. So it will be a two-part job. First, we agree on the design you’ve made and then you implement your changes in the existing VueJs code (I will give you access to a private GitHub repo).

I want you to redesign all pages and focus more on the landing page which is the first page with the map and steps.
General desires:
- Modernize website to 2023 standard
- Make it look more “alive”
What you need:
- Access to my private Github repo. I will add you as a collaborator, you need a GitHub account for this and I need
your GitHub email/username to invite you
- Walkthrough of the existing code. You can have a look yourself and if needed I’d be happy to demonstrate the
code for you (I implemented all of it)
What I want:
- Create a complete website design (all existing pages + two new (see below))
- VueJs/Vuetify development of the design in the existing GitHub repository
The development includes design changes in the existing repo plus:
- New reviews page. You can create a template and I can fill in content such as name and review for that specific person.
- New FAQ page. You can create the template and I fill in the content, the questions, and the answers.
- Remake the contact page with two custom forms instead of Zoho forms. Can you send the email from the custom forms without any backend? Otherwise, leave Zoho forms as is.
My design suggestions (I’m up for discussion about this):
- The main page could be a step wizard where they first have to enter their location with filters and after doing so
a map will appear where they can fine-tune their location.

instead of the toggle buttons (“amazon”, “ebay”, “google”) have the filters there (step 2 here https://adostri.com/

Once development is done:

Adostri is an Airbnb profit calculator made for Airbnb investors/hosts that wanna know how much rental income they can make every month. Currently, it's only supporting locations in entire Europe.
Essentially the customer selects his/her interested location to invest and then applies some filters such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. After doing so they will be shown a result with average monthly revenue, occupancy rate, top airbnb listings, etc.
I wanna show you a brief 3-4 minute demo of the website so you understand my service before you’re starting to work on it.
