Modern E-commerce Site for selling Vehicle Parts

I need a full e-commerce website for selling vehicle spares under the Fiat, Citroen, Peugeot, and Vauxhall brands. The site will be hosted on our own web hosting and should be integrated with Stripe for card payments and PayPal.

Key Requirements:
- Modern and sleek design (we need design help)
- Ability to upload/create products, control meta data and tags
- Integration with eBay and Amazon to automatically list products and link stock levels

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in e-commerce website development
- Experience with Stripe and PayPal integration
- Familiarity with eBay and Amazon APIs
- Strong design skills for a modern aesthetic
- Proficiency in at least one of the following platforms: Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce
