Modern and attractive self-hosted web as user interface of proxy server
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
Business Requirements Provide the user with a 4g proxy uninterruptedly service (this is already coded and it is not part of your job) and that can be managed remotely through a web page.
User Requirements The web must allow the user to interact with his proxy to reboot it, change the public IP periodically or instantly, show data consumption, show the operator used and solve possible problems. You must also trigger the activation of the proxy dataplan when new purchase and deactivate it at the end of the term or if customer does not pay for the subscription renewal.
Functional Requirements The web must act as the GUI of the proxy server and must create different files in the local directory (self-hosting) to trigger the previously mentioned actions (Change IP, reboot,etc).
Quality-of-Service Requirements The website must be hosted on a local server (self-hosting) and additionally on a device such as Raspberry Pi 3 so that it does not appear down during server maintenance tasks (max. 30min every 1 month) or unexpected restarts/shutdowns . In this case, the raspberry would act as a simple interface but without the API connections to the proxy server.
Implementation Requirements Initially system prepared for a maximum of 9 simultaneous customers, but web needs to be prepared for many more customers (the entry list of proxies will be longer).
