Modern WordPress Portfolio Site Creation

I'm looking for a web developer to create a modern, minimalist portfolio website using WordPress. The new site will be built based on my existing Google Sites portfolio.

Key Requirements:
- Recreate the existing Google Site on WordPress
- Use a modern and minimalist design style
- Incorporate a Contact Form and Client Testimonials sections
- Optimize the site for organic traffic
- Help in choosing a suitable web host, preferably Hostinger, or assist in finding a better option
- Ensure the site is easily modifiable in the future
