Modern Web Platform Front-End Development

I'm looking for a front-end developer to help bring my web-based platform to life. This platform merges project management, creator collaboration, and personalized rewards. It's designed for advertisers to post jobs and for influencers/creators to apply.

Here's what you'll be doing:
- Developing a React-based front-end using Tailwind CSS and component libraries like shadcn/ui
- Creating UI components for job listings, admin dashboard, creator profile management, and more
- Ensuring mobile-responsive layouts across all pages
- Achieving seamless integration with back-end APIs and maintaining clean state management

Key aspects of the platform:
- Different interfaces for Advertisers, Influencers/Creators, and Admins
- Prioritization of job listings and application flows in the UI
- Capability for users to upload images, videos, and documents

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in React and Tailwind CSS
- Familiarity with shadcn/ui and Express.js
- Experience in developing mobile-responsive layouts
- Prior work with state management and back-end API integration
