Modern UI Overhaul for Next.js Site

I'm looking for a talented UI/UX designer/developer to enhance the interface of my entire Next.js website. The visual aesthetic should be 'modern and clean' - think crisp lines, ample whitespace, and subtle colour palettes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Redesigning the overall website to align with a modern and clean visual style
- Upgrading navigation menus for improved usability
- Enhancing buttons and forms for a more interactive experience
- Revamping animations and effects to be more engaging but not overwhelming
- Improving application forms for better user experience
- Creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups to visualize the changes
- Implementing responsive design to ensure compatibility across various devices
- Optimizing web page loading times to ensure a smooth user experience

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience with Next.js and UI/UX design
- Strong understanding of 'modern and clean' design principles
- Exceptional skills in creating intuitive navigation, interactive buttons and forms
- Experience with crafting engaging animations and effects
- Prior work with enhancing application forms is a plus
