I am in need of a professional and modern, minimalistic website for my real estate company, along with a logo redesign. The scope of this project encompasses website development, hosting, and the logo overhaul to align with contemporary design trends.
Scope of Work:
1. Website Development:
- I need a responsive, user-friendly site with these pages: Home, About, Services, and Contact Us.
-All of these need to be in a single page. Once the user clicks the above menu, the control of the UI should be prompted towards corresponding section in that single page.
- The 'Services' page should include service descriptions, client testimonials, and a booking form.
- There should be an implementation of a 'Free Evaluation' feature which directs users to a page for collecting customer contact details.
2. Logo Redesign:
- I want the existing company logo redesigned to fit modern design trends.
- The final logo should be delivered in high-resolution formats (PNG, JPG, SVG, AI).
Deliverables:
- A fully functional, aesthetically pleasing website, complete with all required pages and features.
- A redesigned company logo in multiple formats.
Color Scheme:
- The color preferences for both the website and logo are Blue and Red.
