Modern Minimalist Wix Site

I'm seeking a skilled Wix developer to create a modern, minimalist business showcase website for our business, focused in Northeast Ohio (Cleveland and surrounding areas). We have a site and we own the domain - www.cornerstone-ohio.com. It is pretty bare minimal right now as I've disabled the services page. The site should include the following sections:

- About Us
- Services
- Contact Us
- Property Portfolio
- Projects

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in developing Wix websites, particularly for business purposes.
- Strong design skills with a portfolio showcasing modern and minimalist aesthetics.
- Ability to integrate custom layouts and functionalities on Wix.

Key Priorities

- Please provide samples of previous work, especially any related to facilities and property management, real estate or similar industries.
- Whoever is awarded the project should provide clear instruction on what is needed from me as well as a timeline for completion.
- I also need clear instruction on how to make updates once the website is done.
