Modern & Interactive React Dashboard Development

I'm looking for a skilled UI developer to help me create a project management dashboard app using React, NextJS and Tailwind
Key Features:
- User Authentication & Login: Implement a secure and efficient login system using oAuth to allow users to access the dashboard.
- Modern & Interactive Design: The UI should be designed in a modern style, ensuring it's not just aesthetically pleasing but also engaging for the users.
- Project Management: The dashboard will primarily serve as a project management tool, so it should allow easy tracking, monitoring, and management of tasks and projects.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in React and NextJS: Deep knowledge and experience in React and NextJS are essential for this project.
- UI/UX Design: Understanding of modern, interactive design principles to create an engaging interface.
- User Authentication: Experience in setting up secure user authentication and login systems.
- Project Management Software: Previous experience in developing project management tools or software would be beneficial.
The UX mockups are designed in Figma. The backend is hosted in AWS, using Cognito, API Gateway, AppSync, etc.
If you have a strong background in UI development, particularly with regards to creating interactive and engaging dashboards, I'd love to hear from you.
Please provide examples of past applications you have worked on and estimated completion time. This is a completely new code base that you will be creating.
