Modern Home in Tokyo
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I would like to build a 110 square meter house in Tokyo (+ balcony/outdoor area).
The land would be around 130 sqm (around 8mx16m)
The objective is to have a draft I can present to local house builder for quotation.
The project would have 3 stories.
- 1st floor would have an entrance, toilet, bathroom, 3 bedroom (around 45 qm) and an outdoor space for parking
- 2nd floor would be the LDK (living, dining, kitchen) plus a balcony (at least 8 sqm)
- 3rd floor would have a 10 sqm room and a roof balcony with a covered part (veranda)
The objective is to have a draft that we will show to a short list of house builder in Tokyo to have a quotation.
The final product should be a 2D CAD plan and a simple 3D rendering to understand the volume (no furnitures details,...)
The selected home builder will then help us to find a land and adapt the project to the local regulation.
Since the final design may vary quiet a bit I do not need to enter to much in the detail, but create a proof of concept.
