Mockup generator similar to print-on-demand services

Build a mockup generator similar to what print-on-demand services have (printful, printify, etc.), but with the added functionality of being able to upload a picture of your own and generate the mockup using that picture (changing the color, changing the fabric texture, adding a design), not with already preset images like they do it.

I haven’t seen a mockup generator that can do that with your own pictures, so I would like to know if this is possible and get an estimate of how much it would cost.

Also, the ideal would be for it to work on a WordPress website.
