Mobile developer portfolio landing page UI

I would like to hire a designer so that I can have a defined UI for my mobile developer portfolio landing page for both mobile and computer screen sizes.

On the website, I need to:
1. Show a brief description of myself
2. Show projects I have done
3. Show project details (apps screenshots, project description, skills and technologies I used for each)
4. Show general achievements I have accomplished
5. A "contact me" section that includes social media links (LinkedIn, GitHub, email...)

I'm not looking forward to creating a website with a lot of animations and colors. I expect a simple and understandable portfolio landing page. These are some portfolios I like:
