Mobile Ticket Generator

I am looking for a application that would take a mobile ticket template and fill out the ticket with information i have entered in the application . It would have to generate the Qr code and other info and place it exactly like the mobile ticket attached. The attached ticket would be used as the template and you will have to strip out the current txt and Qr code . When done generating it would dump to a file that would contain the individual tickets. it must do a group of 8 tickets at a time.
I have 4 other similar layouts to be done but from different style mobile tickets
